31st MARCH 07
This is a post on the year end i.e. 31st march. I
wud have never waited so impatiently for 31st dec
any time in my life as i have waited for this day
to pass away. My first full time financial closing.
i have been struggling with my medical bills, my
tax saving investments, my dealer claims, monthly
and yearly targets and see the day has come....for
which i made day and night one...worked
relentlessly,ruthlessly for only one
objective......PERFECTION...
this year end was not as hectic as the last year as
i got the feed back from colleagues cos may be
internal target of the company was less and they
deployed more. We were not allowed to bill tractors
though dealer wanted them for their incentive
schmes....a strange scene some times seen in
mahindra, once a year may be....
will continue in some time................

its been so long i have posted any thing on the blog...man i did in last sep..that tim ei had net connection in office ..but aajkal wo blocked hai to ham jaise farzi bahar to jaa nahi sakte blogging ke liye... recently bought a lap and got a net connection with gprs with my 3230 so now days life is back on net...
one can say now im well connected...but no body is there to connect.... well the news in last say 7 months is that there has been another fiasco for this year and again november is in
vicinity......
last few months i have learnt driving bolero with perfection(touch wood) . had a minor accident of it when it was standing aside a road side dhaba...baki it had been a sleek roadies like life for me.... another news wat made me come on blog is the mahindra overtake of PTL. ppl have been asking over this merger as i am spokesperson for MD or MD himself....
well i am the guy at ground and my thinking cannot go over ground.....it will just increase competetion for us guys cos mahindra cannot kill PTL brand. it will keep both dealers in place as tafe eicher......guys at HO will count these both tractor volumes but we guys here will find it tough to fight PTL now backed with Mahindra finance.
Tractor industry is very much skewed towards mahindra with the kind of resources it has. it has mahindra finance . a full time dedicated finance comapny which finances ONLY mahindra tractors....so competetion is taken for a toss, especially when i the industry is financer driven...... then MMFSL gives TA to delaers like OD in ICI which is another benefir to MAHindra dealer which other dealers do not gets. After all these resources if ur not leaders then u should go to some corner and end up ur life....
we are leaders no doubt but by a margin of 7%. one analysis shows that if finance had not been exclusive then we wud have been some where 20% and ur share wud have been eated by tafe et al.
Here in Chattisgarh life has come to stand still..same dealers..same billing....same touring...the value addition part is missing and so is my bank balance. especially nowdays i see my friends going abroad. my time will come. today my dealer said in jest. u are going through a bhatti(coal mine)....more u will be heated more u will shine.....i pray his words come true sooner or i will evaporate some time.....
next month i have a trip to hyderabad but before that i have to close this month and year on a very good note...
next year priorities will be JQM, proper planning and implementation....
